Terms & Conditions

1. This campaign is open to citizens and residents of Singapore, aged 18 years and above.

2. All referrals must be made using the "recommend a friend" form on this website.

3. Members who register before or after the contest period will not be eligible to participate.

4. Each person can only register once. Late, illegible and incomplete registrations will not be accepted. Anyone who makes mutilple registrations will be disqualified from this promotion.

5. SingHealth's decision on the final winners of the "recommend a friend" programme is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. All entries must be received by advertised closing time and date. (15th September 2010, 12 midnight, Singapore local time).

7. All winners will be notified via e-mail, within 21 days of the closing date of the competition. In any event that the winner is not contactable after three (3) attempts, he/ she will be disqualified from the contest and the next winner from the reserve list will be selected.

8. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. All prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives. SingHealth reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes to an alternative of equal value.

9. All prizes are to be collected in person by the winner at a designated location of SingHealth's discretion, unless otherwise stated.

10.SingHealth reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the "recommend a friend" campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to any party.

11. SingHealth, its employees and programme organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the participant or by any person in connection with the contest.
