Tennis elbow is common in tennis and badminton players, and in people whose occupations require frequent use of their wrists, such as painters, cooks and plumbers.

This video will provide you with an understanding of what tennis elbow is. You will find tips on how you can treat your tennis elbow through stretching and strengthening exercises, ice cube massage and soft tissue massage.

You can also prevent your tennis elbow from getting worse by reducing the load on the inflamed tendon. One of the ways to do so is to modify your daily activities, such as changing the way you carry your groceries.
