Fragrant Savoury Brown Rice

A delightful food recipe for your family. 

Brown Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 bowls Steamed brown rice
  • 200 g Chicken - diced
  • 100 g Pumpkin -Cubed
  • 1 Carrot - Cubed
  • 1 Celery - Cubed
  • 1 Eggplant - Cubed
  • 1 Leek - Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Spring onions - Sliced

Seasoning

  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Garnish

  • 5 Lettuce leaves

Method:

  1. Heat olive oil in wok and fry garlic till fragrant.
  2. Add the diced chicken and fry until cooked.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and stir-fry.
  4. Add seasoning and stir fry further till well mixed.
  5. Dish rice onto lettuce leaves and serve.
