A delightful food recipe for your family.

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 bowls Steamed brown rice
- 200 g Chicken - diced
- 100 g Pumpkin -Cubed
- 1 Carrot - Cubed
- 1 Celery - Cubed
- 1 Eggplant - Cubed
- 1 Leek - Sliced
- 2 tbsp Spring onions - Sliced
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
Garnish
Method:
- Heat olive oil in wok and fry garlic till fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken and fry until cooked.
- Add all the other ingredients and stir-fry.
- Add seasoning and stir fry further till well mixed.
- Dish rice onto lettuce leaves and serve.
