Fruit and Vegetable Salad

This dish is prepared using fresh fruits and vegetables which I find in my fridge. It is not only nutritious but also easy to prepare.

Fruit and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 mango
  • Balsamic vinegar salad dressing

Note: The above vegetables and fruits may be substituted with those you find in your fridge. The balsamic vinegar salad dressing may be omitted or substituted with other salad dressing but balsamic vinegar dressing is a healthier choice.


Method:

  1. Cut tomato into wedges or slices.
  2. Cut zucchini into slices.
  3. Cut green apple into cubes.
  4. Cut mango into cubes.
  5. Drizzle some balsamic vinegar dressing onto the salad. Mix well and serve.
