A hearty breakfast that will give the whole family the start they need.

Ingredients:
Bean Salad
- 1 slice Gardenia Whitemeal Bread
- 1 cup mixed fruits, chopped
- ½ cup fruit yoghurt
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
- 1 tsp low-sugar fruit jam
Method:
- Place mixed fruits in a bowl.
- Add fruit yoghurt and sprinkle with wheat germ (or serve fruit yoghurt on the side).
- Toast Gardenia Whitemeal Bread, spread with low-sugar jam, and serve with fruit salad.
