Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 170 gm / 1 cup ripe papaya
  • 1 cup pineapple (diced)
  • 2 tomatoes / watermelon (diced)
  • 1 mango / honeydew (diced)
  • 100 gm grapes
  • 1 cucumber (diced)
  • 1 stick celery sliced
  • ½ whole lettuce

Dressing:

  • 130 ml / ½ cup low fat mayonnaise
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 inch ginger mashed
  • 1 tsp meat curry powder
  • Lime juice
  • Honey

Method:

  1. Mix the dressing altogether. Place all the fruits and mix them with the dressing. Dressing is best served cold
