Milo Milk Shake Ice Blended

  Source: Contributed by Samuel Lee

This milk shake ice blended is delicious, low in fat and high in calcium. We love this because it's a refreshing pick-me-up on a hot sunny day, providing us with the extra boost to continue well for the rest of the day. Plus we love MILO too. =)

Ingredients:

  • Milo - 1/2 cup of milo
  • Low fat milk - 1 cup milk
  • Low fat vanilla ice cream - 4 scoops
  • Ice - 10 cubes

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass. Top with Milo powder.
