Oats with Bananas and Sultanas |

Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups apple juice or orange juice
- 1 cup yoghurt
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ banana, sliced
- Sultanas
Method:
Usually I would use apple, but since my fridge has only oranges, I used 3 oranges to get 1 ½ cups of orange juice.

Place rolled oats in a big bowl.

Pour orange juice over the rolled oats and mixed well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, best is overnight.

Add yoghurt, milk and honey to the rolled oats mixture. Stir until all combined.
I know it doesn’t look appetising but it is very nice and healthy. Best of all no cooking involve.

Serve with banana and sultanas on top.
