Ingredients:
- spinach 250grm(aprox)
- wheat flour 3cups
- green chilies 2nos.
- garlic paste 1tbs
- salt to taste
- sesam seed 1tbs
- oil ( to pan-fry the parathas)

Method:
- Wash spinach and grind it in mixer grinder with chilies.
- Take one big bowl and mix all other ingredients and 2tbs oil and little water and make soft dough.
- Cover the bowl for atleast 30 mins after that Divide the dough into equal-sized portions.
- Take one portion and put on rolling board or on clean surface and rool it circle.
- One by one do all same.
- Heat pan and put rolled paratha for fry apply oil both the side and fry till it gets light red color.
- serve hot partha with ketchup or yogurt.
