Common Eye Problems – Video 

Learn about common eye problems in both children and adults in Singapore. These conditions include myopia in children (short-sightedness), and presbyopia (long-sightedness), cataract and glaucoma in adults. Other less common conditions are age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.

If you experience sudden pain and/or redness in the eye, sudden blurring of vision or blindness, you should seek medical attention immediately as these symptoms could be caused by a cornea ulcer, acute glaucoma or retinal detachment.
