Attention all men! Are you aware of the danger zones concerning your health? It’s time to take action.

Here are 10 common men's health concerns

Here's a check list of screenings men should do in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s.
Obesity |
- Measurement of body mass index (BMI) yearly |
| Liver |
- For those with a family history of hepatitis B infection or liver cancer: ^ Hepatitis B (Hep-B) screening and immunisation
- For those with chronic hepatitis B and C: ^ 6-monthly alpha-fetoprotein test
- For those with liver cirrhosis: ^ Yearly ultrasound examination |
| Eye check |
- Annually if you have myopia |
| Obesity |
- Measurement of body mass index (BMI) yearly |
| Liver |
- For those with family history of Hep-B infection or liver cancer: ^ Hep-B screening and immunisation
- For those with chronic Hep-B and C: ^ 6-monthly alpha-fetoprotein test

| Coronary heart disease |
- Yearly blood pressure check, and cholesterol check every three years if first screening is normal |
| Diabetes mellitus |
- Every three years if first screening is normal |
| Glaucoma |
- Annual eye screen for glaucoma and myopia |
| Colorectal |
- For men 50 and above: ^ Yearly faecal occult blood test (FOBT) ^ Sigmoidoscopy every 5 years ^ Colonoscopy every 10 years ^ Barium enema every 5 to 10 years
- For men with a family history of colorectal cancer or polyps: ^ Screening should start by age 45 |
| Prostate cancer |
- Early prostate specific antigen (PSA) blood screening: ^ For men with close relatives with prostate cancer starting before age 60 |
