For those who know us (Singaporeans) well, the will know that we have a constant love affair with our food. Whether hot or cold, sweet or spicy, steamed or fried, red or green, baked or BBQ - you name it, we will dig into it.
However, as our choice of food plays a major role in our health and diet, fact is we are what we eat. With this healthy thought in mind, Health Xchange is pleased to present a special Recipe section that caters to various dietary needs. As a start we are collaborating with Sylvia Tan, a popular Singapore food writer with seven cookbooks to her name.
